About us

Spring's Story

 

Spring US-illidan is formed from a collection of raid veterans with 15 years of experience at the Top 30 US, Top 200 US, and CE level who dreamed for more. The guild leadership is united in a shared vision of creating a safe and welcoming environment, while maintaining a progress effort that reflects our experience on a lighter mythic schedule.


The guild culture is one of collaboration not competition: We cooperate, we discuss, we grow, we count on ourselves and each other inside and outside of raid. The guild maintains a focus on doing what is always best for the guild, and for our raiders.

As guild master, I am responsible for managing our raids, recruiting new members, and fostering a positive and inclusive community. I spent countless hours strategizing, organizing, and leading our raids, always pushing my team to be the best they could be 

Haizy : Officer

Haizy is the catch-all officer of the guild, he helps with all tasks whether big or small. He is our default streamer on youtube and twitch. 

Glaevyn : Morale

Reditus : Healing

Endgame raiding can be very challenging, and produces incredible mental strain.  Spring feels that player support is an essential aspect of our guild, and cornerstone of our belief system. 

 The morale officer focuses on actively supporting and assisting guild members with their in-game needs, questions, and concerns.

Red is an exceptional multiclass and multi spec player. He helps in all tasks regarding healing for his officer role.
